This committee is elected by the Annual charge Conference from nominations made by those in attendance. They meet annually to prepare the nominations of church leaders for the Charge Conference. This group meets to recruit and nominate members of the congregation to serve on various boards, committees and councils in the church. They are also responsible for training new and continuing members of the various groups.
