This group is responsible for the acquisition, care and maintenance of the physical property of the church. The board sets building use policies and related fee. The Board of Trustees meets at least once a quarter. Their work includes the review of insurance, mortgages, facility conditions, and utilities. They oversee the maintenance and development of the church grounds and are responsible for planning and carrying out new facility expansion as a need is determined by the Church Council.
